LAUNCHING FOR 2024 A&B BOUNCE SUMMER CAMPS

• Irelands Newest Summer camp comes to town launching this July from Monday July 8th to Friday July 12th
• Our camp will take place in Colaiste Eamann Ris secondary school in Cork City T12XT96 with some Activity trips planned.
• We will cater for ages 6-8(1st class to 3rd class) in one camp
• We will cater for ages 9-12(4th class to 6th class) Both camps will run on the same week.
• All our camps are fully supervised and are managed and staffed by trained, insured and garda vetted staff members for complete peace of mind.

• We take a €20 deposit to reserve and confirm a place and the balance is paid on Registration day of the camp.

Our Camps will be based around the core ethos of building child self esteem, confidence and social interaction and engagement. With a whole range of different activities to suit a wide variety of abilities.

The camps will un daily from 9am to 3pm. some changes to timetables could be made due to trips away etc and parents will be notified closer to camp about exact pick up and drop off times.

What Age Children is Summer camp suitable for?

Our camps are for all boys & girls aged 6-12.

What do I wear to the Summer camp?

Wear something comfortable and easy to play in – perhaps tracksuit bottoms / leggings Soft-soled shoes i.e. runners. Apply sun screen in warm weather. As summer camps will run outdoor activities please ensure your child has raingear with them at all times.

Covid19:

Summer Camps will run inline with government guidance at the time of camp. Anyone displaying symptoms of Covid-19 prior to camp or outside of camp hours should not attend camp.

What do I bring to Summer Camp?

A packed lunch and plenty to drink. Children will have two supervised breaks each day. In warm weather please apply sun screen and bring a cap if you wish. Please label everything clearly.

What are the times of the camp?

9am to 3pm, parents will receive a text/email closer to camp start date with a full detailed timetable outlining drop off and collection times

Registration takes place on the first morning.Children are then split into their groups according to their age and parents will then collect them from their respective group for the rest of the week. To avoid congestion, we may stagger drop off / collection times. If you have more than one child to collect, they can all be collected at the one collection time.

Do many boys attend Summer camp?

Absolutely! Over a third of children attending Summer camp are boys and this number grows each year and we find that the boys absolutely LOVE it!

Can children bring mobile phones?

Children are not permitted to use mobile phones during camp. Should they require them after camp they should remain powered off in their bags.

Are children supervised at all times at Summer camp?

Yes Children at Summer camp are supervised at all times between 9.30am and 3:30pm.

Can I attend Summer camp on my own?

Of course you can! Most children attend on their own. We will be creating smaller groups end ensuring everyone will get to know each other through our games and activities.

Do I need to have experience or talent for Summer camp?

Not at all! Summer camps cater for all levels of experience and ability. The aim of our Summer camps are to create an atmosphere without inhibitions. It is there to provide positive integration amongst participants, it is about the building of self esteem and most importantly – letting children know just how wonderful they really are! To bring out the star in you!
